NT631C与AB公司SLC500系列503CPU通过串口通讯

1． 使用 NTST4.2E 以上版本触摸屏重新安装支持AB 公司PLC 的系统程序。必须通过触摸屏的A 口安装。
 

2． 对触摸屏进行设置

       Maintenance Mode——Memory Switch，选择使用A 口或B 口，只支持DF1/RS232（1：1）。

       然后在点击 SET，对串口进行设置：

       Data bit length: 8 bits

       Stop bit length: 1 bit

       Parity bit: even

       Comm. Speed: 19200/9600bps

       Error check: CRC

3． 对 AB 的SLC500 系列503CPU 的串口设置

       RSLogix 500 中对RS232 口设置：

         1） set the module for full duplex BSC (DF1 full duplex)

         2） set the module for embedded response

         3） set detect for automatic

         4） disable duplicate packet detect

         5） set the baud rate for 9600,19200,38400.
 

4． NT631C 与AB 的SLC500-5/03 串口连接

5． NTST 支持软件的配置和画面应用程序的制作

         1） 在 PT Configurator setting 中将PT Module 选择NT631C，PLC Vendor 选择AB。

         2） PT 控制区通知区的设置，选择AB PLC 内存的B 区或N 区。
 

         3） 画面应用程序的制作

       值得注意的是，对画面应用对象分配的 PLC 的内存地址，可参见按下表
 

6． 连接 SLC500 与NT631C 即可正常通信

       注：如果 NT631C 初次连线出现报错：Screen data address error，error log: N7:6 ERROR（PT 通知区的m+1 错误），可手动在RSLogix 500 中将该通道15 位置ON，即可消除该错误，PT 正常通信。
